Our new Personalized Strength and Stability Assessment and Plan is designed to help you reach your fitness goals through a fully customized, science-based approach.
Your journey begins with a one hour comprehensive baseline strength and stability evaluation, where our fitness instructor will assess your current strength & stability level, lifestyle habits, and wellness goals. From there, we’ll create a personalized strength, stability, cardiovascular and nutrition plan tailored specifically to your body, goals, and preferences—whether you’re focused on building strength, improving endurance, enhancing mobility, or optimizing overall health.
After your initial assessment, we’ll schedule a follow-up appointment in one month to evaluate your progress and adjust your plan as needed. You can also choose to continue with monthly check-ins for ongoing support, accountability, and plan refinement to ensure you stay on track and continue to improve.

Your one-month Strength and Stability Follow-Up is all about progress and motivation!
During this session, we’ll reassess your goals and results, reviewing how far you’ve come and identifying areas to fine-tune. Our instructor will adjust your exercises and plan based on your current needs, helping to fill any gaps and keep your program balanced and effective.
This appointment is a great accountability check-in—a chance to celebrate your achievements, stay motivated, and make sure you’re on the best path toward your goals.
